.We are currently looking for an experienced and certified Senior SuccessFactors Consultant with a passion for technology and HR to help our clients unlock the potential of their employees and build world-class HR processes and practices through the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors software.Role and Responsibilities:Design, implement and support solutions for complex HCM business processesConduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needsDocument requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processesWork with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processesValidate configurations through testing plans and scripts.Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validationManage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support processTrain end-users on specific processes and applicationsProvide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requestsTransfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance & supportKeep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and featuresMaintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertiseRequired Skills:Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:Recruiting ManagementOnboarding 2
