High level of English is essential. French or German are welcome.You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.Which tasks can you expect?As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will have the responsibility of working on medium size projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending on your skills.Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions.Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.Facilitate workshops and training sessions for the client's key users.Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together
