Eviden Spain is looking for an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing the solutions for our clients.
Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and business objectives.Participate in SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing on the payroll module.Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on Spanish payroll localization.Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including system testing, training, and post-go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in consultancy.Proven experience in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) implementation project.Official certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP).Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
