What do you have to offer?
Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation and with proved experience in any of the following modules: Employee Central, Time Management and/or Recruiting.
Another module would be considered very positively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
Good understanding of HR process.
High level of English is essential.
French or German are welcome.
You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
Which tasks can you expect?
As a SuccessFactors Consultant you will have the responsibility of working on from medium size projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.
In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending of your skills.
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client's key users.
Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
