Location: Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona), Barc, ES Career Level: Con experiencia Job Type: Tiempo completo, Contrato permanente Requisition ID: 24500 Your tasks Drive the development and documentation of the MS strategy.
Evaluate important market, technology and competitor developments.
Lead and coordinate M&A activities from target company identification over due diligence.
Own and manage the strategic program related reporting and decision making processes across all management levels.
Conceptualize the annual strategy update process; orchestrate and manage strategy workshops and ensure execution of strategic measures.
Strong ability to apply methodologies and tool sets for state of the art strategic analyses.
Master processes to strengthen the companies investment capacities as additional source for further, also unorganic, growth.
Your qualifications Master of Business Administration or Master of Science in the areas of business management, industrial engineering, or economics.
Fluency in written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
Broad experience in the field of M&A across all phases of process including target company search, due diligence and acquisition process.
More than five years of professional experience in strategic planning and quantitative/qualitative analytics.
Very good in analyzing and structuring highly complex strategic contexts and preparing the results for decision making by top management.
Experience from working in international cross-functional internal teams and consultant teams.
Strong management and communication skills also on executive management level.
Strong understanding of developments and transformation in B2B markets, especially with regards to digitalization and the evolution of business and operating models.
Solid personal interest in ICT industry and future developments in the IoT, connectivity, digital security for connected devices.
Proven management and communication skills.
