The role of Senior Strategic Advisor is to provide strategic guidance and advice to senior business stakeholders to help them achieve their organisational goals and objectives.
This role works with a variety of stakeholders within a business area(s) to create medium-term strategic plans to help improve its operations to increase overall profitability in alignment with the organisation's wider strategic goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides sound strategic advice to senior management stakeholders on how NTT can improve its operations to increase profitability.
Examines financial reports to identify areas of weakness that may require additional investment.
Monitors industry trends to identify opportunities and threats to the business model.
Identifies external factors that could affect the success of the business operations.
Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of competitors so that strategies can be developed to beat the competition.
Analyses market trends to determine which products and/or services will be most profitable for NTT to invest in.
Works with senior management stakeholders to create medium-term to long-term strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
May recommend changes such as changes to organisational structures or business processes that will increase efficiencies.

Comprehensive understanding required of the specific industry.
Ability to find solutions to challenging and often complex problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and make data-driven strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Collaborative, with the capacity to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership qualities, including a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
English: fluent (Mandatory)
Nice to have: Spanish and/or German.
Required Experience:
4-8 years of experience as a strategic advisor, management consultant, or in a similar strategic consultancy role.
Advanced demonstrable experience working within a global matrixed organisation.
Advanced demonstrable experience guiding on strategic projects and the success outcomes of those projects.
