What you'll do: Lead the technical vision for product development, deployment, and operations Serve as a primary consultant on design and development within a collaborative team Partner with subject matter experts, Staff Developers, architects, and other teams to drive product evolution Engage in solving challenging technical and business problems to advance your career Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable software solutions Adhere to coding standards and best practices Collaborate with the team to define, document, and estimate project requirements Conduct research and create proof-of-concept solutions Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization Design and maintain robust data, software, and network architectures Conduct root cause analysis and implement innovative testing strategies Mentor team members and foster a culture of code quality Optimize existing systems and leverage CI/CD pipelines Monitor application performance, security, and user experience What you'll bring: Experience with Java and SOLR/Elasticsearch Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of high-performance, full-stack software development experience Extensive proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Search Technologies (SOLR, Elasticsearch), Docker, and Jenkins Experience on building Data Intensive applications 5+ years of AWS experience, including API Gateway, Terraform, and other relevant services Advanced database design skills (SQL and NoSQL) API development expertise (OpenAPI, JSON:API, GraphQL) Proven problem-solving and system design proficiency Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software Experience with legacy system optimization Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for continuous learning and process improvement Strong team player with a growth mindset
