JOIN THE TEAM The Business Process Analytics & Modelling Team enhances its broad product and consulting expertise by adding the cutting-edge process mining tool to its Portfolio.
To support and accelerate the value creation with this new product, the team is searching for you as a Senior Specialist Smart Process Analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the fast transition from the established legacy platform into the new and advanced process mining environment.
Promote the advanced capabilities to BASF businesses and regions as well as support teams with expertise or skill.
Develop smart analytics & design into tangible end-to-end process improvements.
Support the product roll out beyond current key areas like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and transport management to the other eight core processes in BASF's operating model.
Contribute actively to the strategic roadmap for process analytics and design.
QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree or diploma in business administration or information sciences and at least 4 years of business or business consulting experience.
Good project management skills and preferably experience in agile working.
Operational experience in in- or outbound supply chain and/or operational process improvement.
Proven record to translate report and dashboard findings into business benefits as well as automation.
Good knowledge of respective SAP modules; knowledge of other standard systems is welcome.
Hands-on experience with the AI-driven business process mining tool "Celonis" is welcome.
Strong communication in English, both spoken and written, and a business mindset, change awareness, as well as team spirit.
