Senior Sourcing Analyst - IT Services
Summary of the role
As a Senior Sourcing Analyst, you'll work closely with external providers and internal teams, analyze data for cost-saving opportunities, ensure sourcing improvements and provide input in contract negotiations.
Your main responsibilities:
Service Vendor Management Practice:
Establish vendor governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards and alignment with business objectives.
Monitor vendor performance, financial accuracy, and service quality, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, provide regular reports, and manage vendor risks through audits and mitigation plans.
Facilitate vendor onboarding, collaboration, and issue resolution, fostering effective relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Sourcing Management:
Participate in Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for IT products and services.
Support the contracting and renewal of Sourcing requests by ensuring the Digital Transformation Services (DTS) expectations on contractual provisions.
Act as the liaison between the Purchasing department and business stakeholders, providing guidance on Purchasing processes and managing issues and escalations between both parties.
Sourcing Governance:
Implement and maintain a strategic sourcing process for IT services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and enforce sourcing policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Manage vendor risks, conduct audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
About the Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing.
Proficient in English, both written and oral.
Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint and Excel.
Familiarity with Governance (CoBIT), Sourcing/outsourcing (eSCM/IAOP), and Financial management (Budget planning) frameworks/methodologies.
Strong numerical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
