The Senior Solutions Engineer will manage customer PoC's and maintain product demos, technical presentations, while assisting the regional Sales team in all required areas.Key responsibilitiesManage Pre-sales engagements, working on customer opportunities with the Sales team.Provide and manage Proof of concepts, Demos based on customer requirements and acting as the main point of contact.Identify product feature gaps and manage feature requests with the Product Team.Participate in Trade Shows, Road shows and technical forum representing Appear.Technical KnowledgeGood understanding of 2110, TR07, TR08 and SDI workflows.HEVC/AVC/J2K/JPEG-XS encoding knowledge.Competent in SRT, 2022-7 and similar technologies.Role specificsFull-time role.Remuneration will be semi-variable, with base salary and revenue-based bonus.Reports to VP Solutions Engineering EMEA.Flexible location within Iberia region and with willingness for frequent travel.Qualifications/requirements3+ years of relevant Solutions Architect/ Sales Engineering experience (preferred).5+ years of experience in Video technologies (Encoding, Contribution, Live Production, Distribution).Fluent/Native Spanish Speaker with a good standard of English, other languages are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
