Position: Senior Asset Manager for Solar Innovation
Your primary role is to design and code innovative algorithms that will add value to customers when managing Solar PV assets and portfolios.
This includes creating new logics alongside improving and maintaining existing algorithms developed by DNV to estimate assets' life and performance degradation.
Responsibilities: Building relationships with customers to discover market requirements and goalsEnsuring that DNV's Solar PV technology expertise flows into algorithms and eventually into software offeringsTransforming the designed algorithms into Python codeMaintaining close technical collaboration with the GPM software teams to integrate algorithms into productsParticipating in internal and external feedback sessions to ensure Solar PV specific algorithms are scalable and easy for broad implementationInnovating and improving GPM's offerings through clear communication and deployment of analytics solutions to our customer portfolioActively involved in Key Account Management to ensure value delivery to key customers and partnersThis is an exciting opportunity to establish robust internal and external professional networks.
You will cultivate working relationships with DNV Energy Systems Renewables Advisory colleagues and GPM's Product Team to plan the development and maintenance of solutions and their alignment with our overall strategy.
Additionally, you will engage with third-party entities in the industry to exchange insights, identify synergies, and promote standardization of solutions.
