We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer who participates, working autonomously, in verification and validation activities for clinical solutions software, including, designing and developing procedures to test and report results and defects, and may include test planning This position is Hybrid (Remote and Presential) : Av.

Identifies, reports, and re-test complex defects Reviews requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage Designs and Executes test of the non-functional requirements for the project, such as performance, Cyber-security related and usability Generates advanced metrics to assess testing progress Participates in generating, in a daily bases, test documentation records.
Executes Risk-base test cases and Understand Safety Risks associated with the project.
Participates in the user stories Risk Analysis and Designs and builds traceability to Safety Requirements and risks mitigations Uses a wide range of cutting-edge technology to innovate while testing/developing Collaborates with other squad members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new/improved product functionality Could act as a Scrum master of the project Experience: The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies: Approximately 5-7 years of related experience Medium SW Test automation experience Medium Testing in Agile methodology Experience in SW functional and non-functional test (desirable) Experience with issue tracking and defect management Solid knowledge of Test Design Techniques Understanding of Test against the functional requirements of a SW in both formal (TCs) and exploratory testing, giving the results and review other's test design Advanced Knowledge of Test Environment setup Automation Coding skills and/or good TC implementation in at least one layer with capability of maintaining scalable test infrastructure, including configuration control, branching strategies, frameworks/tools, pipelines, and Continuous Testing practices Communicates with different teams to resolve technical dependencies during implementation Capable of adherence to an automated testing strategy and provide innovative ideas Experience in Software Medical Devices development that follows ISO 13485 is a plus What we offer: A meaningful project that will impact the quality of laboratory software medicine worldwide 3 days a week working from home Multicultural and friendly team Exciting opportunities for professional development.
