Job DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Project Managers to join our growing IT software development company. These individuals will play a critical role in leading complex projects and bringing operational maturity to the organization. The Senior Project Managers will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact software development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within scope, and are delivered with the highest quality.
Your role Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex, large-scale software development projects.Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures to meet project objectives.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical leads, developers, QA teams, and other departments.Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure project outputs meet company standards and client expectations.Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth project execution.Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.Mentorship & Leadership Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and other team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the organization.Project Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders through status reports, KPIs, meetings, and presentations.Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes to bring operational maturity and increase project success rates.Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing complex software development projects.Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects within budget and time constraints.Able to communicate in English at a professional level.
