We offer office based, hybrid and remote work on permanent and consultancy contracts all over the world, making us the true global employer of choice.What you'll be getting up to:Working with key business stakeholders to understand the problems that need to be addressed.Designing and implementing new features and solutions.Performing analysis of current programs including performance diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues.Provide assistance and mentoring to the team members.Refine system requirements and break them down into workable tasks.Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Apply effective and clear communication with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.Writing and improving the documentation for the company products and tools.Maintaining our products and assisting in troubleshooting production incidents.Helping customer support answer customer questions.The role requires being available for on-call support as required.Responsibilities:Scale the application for serving our higher traffic markets.Integration with the organization's next generation payments backend systems.Enhance its multiple brands and jurisdictions maintainability.Enhance the user experience with increased transparency as to the players' wallets, KYC requirements, transaction fees and progress, bonuses and wagering requirements.Provide self-help tools to the players for them to complete their transactions and unblock stuck transactions.Provide the tools to Customer Support to process quickly and efficiently follow-ups by players as to their transactions.Integrate new payment methods and payment providers and speed up said integrations with automation/configuration improvements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field.Great English skills verbal & written.Team spirit & team player.Problem solving attitude and excellent troubleshooting skills.Basic project management skills and Agile Scrum experience.Good command of the following technologies:NodeJS, Typescript, JavaScript, React, Git, Linux, REST, Docker usage, OOP.Nice to have:Redis, CI/CD, Varnish.**We warmly invite applications in English
