Senior Software Engineer In Test - (U317)

Note: 100% remote possible. On behalf of my client, we're looking for a Software Engineer in Test with automation experience and a strong passion for problem solving to join their team in Malaga. What You'll Do Work as part of the delivery teams with a focus on test automation. Work closely with developers to write acceptance and integration tests in Java (knowledge of Typescript will be an excellent bonus). Define QA metrics and reports that will be used to determine and communicate testing results. Document and raise defects concisely. Contribute to small development tasks on our platform when required. Work closely with product owners and team delivery leads to assist in release test automation. Implement solutions for automating manual e2e and API test plans. Requirements: What You'll Bring BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years experience in test automation or software development. Experience designing and executing automation test plans. Experience programming in Java. Experience with Cypress (preferably) or other similar test automation tools like Selenium or Serenity. Experience testing REST/event-driven web services in a microservices architecture. Experience with Git version control system. Ability to contribute productively to a fast-paced development team. Bonus Points Passion for Blockchain/Cryptocurrencies. Experience writing and performing load testing using tools like Gatling. Experience programming in Java.
