What You Will Do Design, develop, and enhance API-based web applications that effectively integrate AI technologies and solutions developed by our team. Work closely with product owners and AI engineers to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring robust integration of AI capabilities into our software products. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives, ensuring high quality and impactful delivery. Keep updated with the latest software development and AI practices, frameworks, and technologies to continually improve our product offerings. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and engineers, promoting best practices in software engineering and API integration. Evaluate and enhance the scalability, security, and performance of applications to meet the demands of our users and clients. What You Bring & Who You Are Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in software development with a strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages. Experience in developing and maintaining API-based web applications, particularly those incorporating AI or machine learning technologies. Familiarity with modern software development practices and frameworks, such as agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative software solutions. Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, adept at deploying and managing applications in cloud environments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
