Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities: Customization of software solution for customer projects (SCADA Systems) Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor and guide junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in C++, Python, C#, etc. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.
). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), Virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V), and Cybersecurity. Good communication and teamwork skills. What will you get? We adapt to you!
