You will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, develop new business solutions and digital products.Responsibilities:Software Development:Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality professional customer-facing software solutions in alignment with project goals and deadlines.Guide junior internal/external software developers.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, testers, architects, and global business leaders.Understand project requirements and contribute to a cohesive development strategy.Work with globally leading tech companies such as Microsoft and NVIDIA to design and develop solutions.Problem Solving:Analyze and troubleshoot complex business issues and design/develop software according to business requirements.Code Review:Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for all software solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding – making use of modern tools.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (5 years+) as a Software Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful products that add business value.Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Understanding and ability to work in a traditional B2B business that is ready to master the digital transformation – it is a journey.Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.Benefits:Secure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry and an attractive compensation package.Social benefits and an attractive work calendar.
