Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is looking for a Senior Software Consultant - Support to join our team in Spain .
As a Senior Software Consultant, you will primarily support customers in using the CADWorx Solution. This will include troubleshooting and resolving technically complex customer issues, documenting software enhancements that improve user workflows, and developing technical documents. The Consultant will also work with the product development and quality assurance teams to provide customer feedback and promote communication between the departments. This will include testing and verifying the software meets functional quality standards during the hardening phases of CADWorx development.

Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization's products and/or services.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
Accurately documents activities and outcomes.
Recognized as a skilled specialist in at least one ALI solution and its supporting technologies.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of multiple ALI solutions.
Keeps updated on industry technology and trends.
Serves as a subject matter expert to help drive changes and improvements to ALI solutions.
Facilitates communication and delivery of highly complex resolutions that require coordination across multiple ALI solutions.
Contributes to scheduled status updates on critical issues to ALI and customer management.
Develops a strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems.
May conduct customer training when required.
Qualifications: Technical or computer science degree preferred.
10+ years of experience with AutoCAD/BricsCAD.
10+ years of field experience in Process design or CAD troubleshooting. 3-7 years of experience is acceptable as long as the candidate can demonstrate a high level of engineering knowledge and capability.
Strong oral and written communication skills required. (intermediate English level)
Background or training in piping design.
