Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies. Spotlight: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader. The Senior Social Media Manager's responsibility will be to represent our brand on social media platforms, primarily through the creation and posting of engaging short-form video content. This is for a full-time, work-from-home position. DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires. Responsibilities: Manage DesignRush's LinkedIn presence to position us as a thought leader. Build and engage a professional community through impactful content. Respond to community interactions promptly and authentically. Represent the brand in all online interactions. Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos for IG Reels, TikTok, and YT Shorts. Optimize YouTube growth with SEO, thumbnails, and engaging content. Leverage trends like sounds, challenges, and creative formats. Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies. Collaborate with marketing to align social media with broader goals. Requirements: 5 years of social media strategy and content creation experience. Proven success on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong copywriting skills for engaging, on-brand content. Proficiency with social media tools, analytics, and video editing software. Passionate about communication, personal development, and impact.
