As a Technical Consultant, you will configure the ServiceNow system for DXC Technology customers. What we need from you is your engagement in supporting our customers and delivering requirements as expected. As we are working in a multinational environment, you need to be able to communicate with people in English.You will be responsible for: Cooperation with Architects and Technical consultants to prepare technical designs.Configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers.Administration of our customers' ServiceNow instances.Preparation of project documentation.Taking part in training.Sharing experience with new team members.We require: Experience in ServiceNow implementations (at least 5 years).Experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, FSM.Very good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST).Good knowledge of ITIL processes.Working experience in Agile Project environment.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills.Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.).Fast learning.We appreciate: Certification in ServiceNow product Administration, Implementation, and Development.Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax.ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate.German language.Why would you join us?
