We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.The Team: Join our Global Digital Marketing team and help us define our overall digital marketing strategy while working with our business partners to maximize digital marketing opportunities and meet our business goals.The Role: We're seeking a Senior SEO Growth Manager to join our marketing team and take the lead on all SEO and Organic growth at Celonis.The work you'll do:Keyword Research: Execute thorough keyword research to uncover high-potential keywords aligned with user intent, enriching the reach and effectiveness of Celonis's content within search engine results.Content and Technical SEO Enhancement: Optimize website content and technical components such as meta-tags, URLs, and sitemaps to elevate search rankings.Strategic Link-Building: Develop and implement robust link-building strategies to elevate domain authority and amplify search visibility. Utilize tactics such as guest blogging, partnerships, and digital outreach to fortify Celonis's online presence.SEO Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor SEO performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Analyze data insights to refine strategies, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with evolving search engine algorithms.Integrated SEO Practices: Collaborate closely with content creators to ensure all content is SEO-optimized. Integrate best practices into the content development process to maximize organic search traffic.Alignment with Content Marketing: Partner with the Senior Content Marketing Director to synchronize SEO and content marketing strategies. Foster a unified approach that maximizes the impact of both SEO and content initiatives across Celonis's digital platforms.Agency management: Work closely with agencies to scale SEO deliverables.The qualifications you need:Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in SEO or analogous roles, underscored by a track record of successful strategy formulation and execution.Profound comprehension of search engine algorithms and ranking methodologies.Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SemRush, Ahrefs, or equivalents.Superior analytical acumen, coupled with the ability to extract insights, discern trends, and enact data-driven resolutions.Familiarity with AI tools is advantageous.Prior experience in SEO for B2B is highly desirable.Experience in SEO for SaaS businesses is advantageous.Self-directed with a proactive "get it done" mindset.Experience managing agencies.What Celonis can offer you:The unique opportunity to work with industry-leading process mining technology
