Role Overview Are you a results-driven SEM/PPC Specialist with a passion for maximizing business impact through paid search?

As a key player, you'll collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, a fellow PPC specialist, and cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, data, product, and customer success to shape the future of our digital growth strategy.
How will you make an impact? As a SEM/PPC Specialist, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our PPC strategy, optimizing campaigns across different search engines, and continuously innovating to achieve outstanding results. Strategic Campaign Management: Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning to execution and optimization. Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and translate them into actionable SEM strategies. Advanced Bidding Strategies: Demonstrate expertise in utilizing smart bidding techniques, including ROAS, Maximize Conversions, tCPA bidding, and Bid portfolios. Adapt bidding strategies to diverse business cases and optimize for maximum performance. Performance Max Campaign Optimization: Lead the charge in leveraging Performance Max campaigns to their full potential. Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in Performance Max and implement strategies to drive optimal results. A/B Testing and Optimization: Design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks for ad copies, landing pages, and other key elements. Continuously iterate and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to drive incremental improvements. Marketing Automation Proficiency: Leverage marketing automation tools and techniques, such as Google Ads scripts, to streamline manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Champion automation initiatives to improve campaign performance and scalability. Budget Management and Allocation: Handle significant advertising budgets with precision, pacing spending throughout the month to align with predefined budgets. Implement strategies to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI. Comprehensive Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to extract actionable insights from campaign data. Interpret performance metrics and KPIs to drive informed decision-making and strategic optimizations. Focus on impact: Think about the customer. Play well with others. Get stuff done. Be self-motivated. Expect feedback and changes. What makes you a great fit? Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEM, focused on Google Ads, ideally in a SaaS company. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Another European language is a plus (i.e. Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or German). Experience with automated bidding. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Data Studio. Experience with BI tools like Tableau is highly desirable. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with business objectives. How can you earn extra bonus points? Having previous experience in Bing Ads, Gartner and Linkedin Ads. Familiarity with Google scripts and other types of marketing automation. Passion for staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in the SEM landscape. Experience in Paid Social, Display or Video ads.
