Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a robust security posture and safeguarding critical systems. Tasks include:Developand designreference security patterns for Verisk technology: Ideal candidate should be able to create reference security patterns aligned with security best practices and cloud vendor recommendations as Well Architected Pillars.Perform as a Security Engineer to evaluate Security Technologies to improve or enhance Verisk Security Posture: Ideal candidate should be able to conduct proof of concept of various security tools of the same type and be able to present a product comparison and a recommendation for decision takers.Perform as a security engineer to strengthen and sustain the central cloud operations across Verisk technology: Ideal candidate should act as a Subject Matter Expert for Cloud environments assisting other colleagues to correctly operate our Cloud environments.Support the Security Engineering systems and process related to Cloud Native Application Protection: Ideal candidate should have hands on experience in any of the best in class CNAPP solutions (Wiz, Aqua Security, Prisma, Orca or Crowdstrike CSPM).Qualifications Requirements:Professional certifications in cybersecurity and cloud technology. Preferred Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK); AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associated; AWS Certified Security – Specialty.Industry apprenticeship training and work experience and/or Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree from an accredited university.Technical and working knowledge of cyber security foundations including security reference architectures.5+ years work experience as a Cloud/ IT architect, DevSecOps role or Security Engineer with proven experience working in Cloud Environments (AWS is preferred) (Azure and GCP desired)Experienced professional with demonstrable capabilities in performing structured work assignments and leading work of small teams. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and provide the required outcome with minimal guidance.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
