Your expertise will be sought after as you assess, analyze, and implement effective security measures in customer environments.Collaboration will be your forte, as you work closely with clients to understand their unique security requirements and assess their current security posture. You'll provide expert guidance and recommendations on the best security practices, risk management strategies, and robust security policies that will fortify their defenses.You will design and implement security controls, policies, and procedures, working alongside cross-functional teams to deploy state-of-the-art technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, access controls, and encryption technologies.Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough security assessments, identifying potential security breaches, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures through meticulous security audits and reviews.You will continuously immerse yourself in the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices, driving enhancements to the organization's security posture.Who You AreYou have a growth mindset, are customer-focused, and are open and inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 5+ years of experience in information security consulting and implementation, with a strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.Experience managing risks related to the use of processing, storing, or transmitting information.Experience conducting security and risk assessments using security frameworks (e.G., NIST, RMF, Common Criteria).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to adapt to changing security threats and technologies.Preferred Skills and ExperiencePast experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.Understanding and application of NIST Control Framework and other related regulatory frameworks.Experience with cloud security, cyber resiliency/incident management, and emerging technologies such as IoT and AI.What You Can ExpectKyndryl cares about your well-being and offers benefits that reflect the diversity of our employees and support you and your family.
