You will join the Quality Engineering team composed of senior-level engineers.

Your Role: Act as the main TestOps engineer for the team. Maintain test infrastructure, analyze test runs, debug test failures, and classify failures as false negatives or genuine issues. This is a key role in allowing the company to exceed its quality standards
Enhance existing automated test cases and design new robust test cases that integrate well with modern CI/CD deployment technologies
Work closely with the Engineering teams to reproduce automation issues at release gate
The role focuses on functional test automation but will most likely extend to non-functional tests in the future like performance, security
Occasionally, participate in end-to-end test cycle for product features from test design to test automation
Work side-by-side with engineers on testing and automating test cases in sprint cycles
Identify, document, and debug software defects
Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent of education
10+ years of Software Quality Engineering
Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, C++, etc.) and one scripting language (Ruby, JavaScript, etc.)
Experience with test automation frameworks (RSpec, Pytest, Playwright)
Experience with building and managing test cases
Understanding of various test methodologies: regression, functional, performance
