Your role As a Scrum Master your mainresponsibilities will involve Serving Dev teams, Product Owners and the organization as the ScrumGuide describes. Acting and proposing solutions based on Agile principles and values. Becoming a true Agile leader in the organization. Fostering a continuous improvement culture. Deep knowledge about the Lean mindset and its application. Understanding of the appropriate approach – focus on efficiencyor efficacy – accordingly to the context. Guiding in the transition from a project to a product mindset.Your Skills And Experience As a Scrum Master your skills andqualifications will ideally include: 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. Can-do attitude, hands-on person and motivation to face transformationchallenges. Adaptation, flexibility and resilience. Passionate about data and technology. Fluent in English. What we offer?
