About the Role:
Your Missions: You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of Fundcraft's operations team in a fast-paced work environment. Within the team, you will report to the CTO and take the lead of several projects:
Facilitate the activities of varying complexity for multiple scrum teams.
Coordinate development dependencies that span multiple teams and track team progress in Jira.
Manage and monitor all Scrum ceremonies - Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums/Huddles, Retrospectives, and Reviews/Demos.
Use Agile principles & processes to ensure sprint goals are delivered within the target iteration, adhere to quality standards, and meet stakeholder expectations.
Responsible for delivering bottom-up reports at the beginning and at the end of each Sprint to the executive committee and investors.
Deliver on time and with quality the "Sprint Planning high-level commitment Report" and "The end of Sprint Report to Stakeholders".
Effectively draw from a multitude of skills & capabilities to influence team members, promote communication & unblock scrum teams.
Lead in communicating project/product delivery updates and reports.
Coordinate development dependencies that span multiple teams and track team progress in Jira.
Escalate issues, blocking points, and potential delays to project stakeholders and the executive committee in a timely manner.
Answer any questions on product delivery sprint status to any stakeholder.
Facilitate the balance between roadmap delivery and urgent requests.
Organize and coordinate the bi-weekly sessions of Product Owners + Champion users.
Teach and guide Product Managers and Developers with Agile best practices adoption.
Monitor the progress of any deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in software product development.
Deep understanding of Agile development processes/best practices.
Ability to challenge teams to break down stories/tasks into reasonable sizes.
Strong leadership skills to empower teams.
Experience working with Jira/Confluence.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
