Your Main Responsibilities You will join a squad of up to ten cross-functional software developers, product managers, and designers.
As a Senior SCRUM Master at Qualifyze, you will:

How you will become part of our success story You will be a key part of the sales team, as establishing relationships with new customers is crucial for our long-term sales process and company success.
Interaction with the team will be necessary to identify valuable leads and integrate suppliers into our network:
Qualifying the leads during a phone call (making sure that they meet all the requirements we are looking for in clients), engaging them, and scheduling them for further consultations on the account director's calendar.Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Qualifyze provides.Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in our CRM (HubSpot).Acquire expert knowledge of the auditing industry and Qualifyze.Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to assure excellent service delivery.We are looking for a SCRUM Master with: Good language skills in English, both verbal and written.Experience in a scrum master role.Familiarity with software development.Excellent organisational skills.Affinity for technological interaction, in particular with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, and Slack.A thorough understanding of how an agile mindset fosters innovation and stakeholder value.Excellent knowledge of SCRUM techniques, ceremonies, and artefacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
