as well as analytical characterization of these products.Principal Responsibilities:Design and execute new project ideas (design and execution of studies, analysis of data, presentation of results) to support multiple research programs and provide critical data to inform decisions in a cross-functional team.Lead teams to accomplish tasks and achieve project objectives.Collaborate with the therapeutic areas and other groups to define strategies and deliver stage-appropriate molecules for preclinical studies.Keep abreast of new technologies/capabilities relevant to this role and strive to implement them to advance research projects.Author data summaries, technical reports, standard operating procedures, publications, and presentations.Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or other related scientific discipline is required.Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or other related scientific discipline is preferred.A minimum of 8 years of relevant research experience with a Bachelor's degree; a minimum of 6 years ofrelevant research experience with a Master's degree; or a minimum of 2 yearsof relevant research or post-doc experience with a PhD degree is required
