Senior SAP Integration Developer

Right now, we are looking for a SAP Integration Developer to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in the EMEA region.
The opportunity
You'll be working using the best practices of SAP development & integration. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the integration using SAP PI/PO and CPI/BTP to support processes in Cloud, Hybrid, and on-premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approaches, and deal with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will also be to manage the quality of implementation projects.
Your key responsibilities
You'll successfully take part in the implementation of SAP systems using SAP PI/PO and CPI.
You'll enthusiastically enhance your core SAP technology knowledge and experience.
You'll be willing to work in an international environment.
To qualify for the role, you must have
2+ years of experience in delivering SAP PI/PO, BTP/CPI integration solutions or other middleware platforms for ERP systems integration.
Solid knowledge of most standard SAP adapters - IDOC, RFC, proxies, SOAP, JDBC, IDoc_AAE, Mail, and Web Services.
Experience in monitoring the pipeline steps in ABAP stack using SXMB_MONI as a plus.
Experience in PI SLD (system landscape design) object creation and transports as a plus.
Hands-on experience in Enterprise Service Repository and Integration Directory of SAP PI, iFlow configuration, or SAP BTP API Management.
Basic data modeling and design skills.
Backend integration experience (Proxy, IDOC, RFC, REST…) as a plus.
Strong teamwork skills.
Higher Education Degree.
Good English verbal and written communication.
Ideally, you'll also have
German or other European language is an advantage.
Experience with other middleware platforms.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
Fundamentals of networking protocols and encryption mechanisms.
Experience with programming in C++/C#/Python/Java/JavaScript/Groovy.
Great sense of humor.
