The SAP FICO Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging technical and business domains to deliver impactful solutions tailored to client needs.
This role requires expertise in gathering and analyzing client data, defining technical requirements, conducting system gap analyses, and developing effective SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) solutions.
The consultant will also provide training, manage multiple projects, and offer hands-on support during implementations.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure project success and drive value for clients.
Work Setup: Full-time; Morning Shift; Once a week onsite Ortigas office; Up to 200k commensurate to work experience Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design Often leads small to medium technical projects Liaises with Solutions Architect as appropriate Provides technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment Communicates across client community, and is viewed as adding value Identify and address project risks and issues Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learnings are documented and shared Uses professions to meet the relevant certification and professional standards Works with sales on pre- sales activities Build SAP FICO capabilities in the department, including growing self and others via training, certifications, cross-skilling and mentoring of other consultants Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions Qualifications: At least 7-10years of related work experience in SAP FICO At least 5 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience is preferred Strong FICO configuration and technical skills Experience in both project implementation and support is a plus Certification in the relevant field is a plus but not mandatory Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of RECORD TO REPORT.
Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g.
MM, SD, PP, QM, PM,).
Self-motivated and open to learning.
A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skill and strong organizational skills.
