What We Look For?
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps professional with a high level of English and the possibility of working 100% remotely from Spain. Our customer is an important international bank.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and oversee the DevOps strategy for the project, including CI/CD workflow (Version Control and automated deployments).Sandbox Management.Documenting releases.Overseeing the Developer Workflow and ensuring Code Reviews take place.Work closely with QA, Tech Leads, Senior Developers, and Architects to ensure the smooth delivery of build artifacts into Salesforce environments.Implement scripts utilizing the Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX.Refine technical user stories as required, articulating clearly the technical solution required to meet specific requirements.Support the Tech Lead in ensuring best practices are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as required.Work with Tech Leads to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns.Ownership of the development workflow for the development team and ability to guide and effectively communicate the workflow to Development teams.Mandatory Requirements: Knowledge in Salesforce Development.Strong experience with CI/CD technologies, Git (version control), Salesforce Metadata API, SFDX.Expertise in large-scale integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming (including Lightning Events), and Metadata APIs, facilitating the seamless connection of Salesforce with other systems.Excellent technical documentation skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Desirable Requirements: Comfortable and effective in leading developers, ensuring project success and team cohesion.Financial Services industry experience.Experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies.Some Spanish knowledge.What Can We Offer?
