.The Challenge- We are looking for a Sales Strategy Senior Analyst for our Sales Strategy and Operations Team.- Senior Sales Strategy Analysts are the first point of contact for our sales management when they need assistance.- Senior Analysts analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.Your Mission- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization.- Support our Sales team by performing regular team maintenance and keeping a clean and up-to-date representation of the team's territory in our CRM platform.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company growth.- Sales Enablement: Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools.- Salesforce Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting.- Take ownership: Drive strategic projects and initiatives end-to-end with full ownership and exposure, supported by your peers and managers.You Are- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization.- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines.- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in data analysis tools.- Curiosity and grit, taking ownership of the problems and challenges you'll be facing, not waiting for being taught what to do and always looking for a better solution.Your Experience Includes:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
