The ChallengeWe are looking for a Sales Strategy Senior Analyst for our Sales Strategy and Operations Team.Senior Sales Strategy Analysts are the first point of contact for our sales management when they need assistance.Senior Analysts analyzes sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.Your MissionSales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization.Support our Sales team by performing regular team maintenance and keeping a clean and up-to-date representation of the team's territory in our CRM platform.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company growth.Sales Enablement: Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools.Salesforce Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting.Take ownership: be able to drive strategic projects and initiatives end-to-end with full ownership and exposure, supported by your peers and managers.You AreStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization.Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in data analysis tools.Curiosity and grit, taking ownership of the problems and challenges you'll be facing, not waiting for being taught what to do and always looking for a better solutionYour Experience Includes:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
