DESCRIPTION: Senior Video Sales Specialist is an established industry expert in Streaming TV and is a crucial contributor to the success of Streaming TV advertising solutions - spanning across Prime Video, Twitch and Online Video.
The Senior Video Sales Specialist partners across multiple teams including product, business, sales and finance to deliver scaled sales strategies and direct customer support.
The Senior Video Sales Specialist will support Prime Video Ads, just launched in the spainish market, develop sales packages and plays an enablement role with the broader Sales team.
They are sought after partners and brought as needed to close business with high value customers - often focusing on delivering short-term progress (e.g.
6 months) against specific accounts with pre-identified adoption challenges.

Key job responsibilities Senior Video Sales Specialists work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers.
They are responsible for: • Drive adoption of Amazon's video advertising offerings externally, by articulating the value proposition across all video products (Prime Video Ads, Twitch and Online Video) Scaling video GTM strategies across the local account teams • Work closely with agencies and client direct to negotiate and close video deals • Understand full funnel media strategies and how to activate across Amazon • Deliver innovation to help position Prime Video as the #1 Streaming Service and long term growth opportunity.
• Understand 3rd Party and 1st party measurement for streaming transactions • Ideate with Brand partnership Team to develop branded integration opportunities and unique sponsorships for their accounts.
• Partnering with LCS and Video GTM to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in Streaming TV sales and/or business development - Experience managing internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, and Product groups - Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning and messaging - Demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenue, with a focus on delivering long term customer driven outcomes - Manage customer objection handling and suggest alternative solutions as necessary to maximize the partnership opportunity - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including the ability to present complex topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writing - Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Advanced level of English and Spanish PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in working in product facing role or working directly with product teams - Develop product and sales strategies that uniquely position products in market - Experience selling nascent products and/or services - Experience dealing with results, metrics and data management and a desire to create and build new processes - Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners - Experience in generating and delivering big ideas that deliver new ad revenue streams - Demonstrated ability to drive simpler and scaled workflows for internal teams - Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
