If you are encouraged to do great things, join our team!Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative with a background in control room operations for renewable energy assets.In this role, you will focus on expanding the market for ARSOS, promoting its capabilities to automate and optimize the monitoring and control of wind farms, solar plants, and other renewable energy assets.You will leverage your deep understanding of control room processes to connect with potential clients, identify their needs, and deliver solutions that streamline operations and enhance performance.What You'll Be Doing: Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the adoption of ARSOS within the renewable energy sector, targeting companies that manage assets from control rooms. Engage with key decision-makers, such as control room managers, asset operators, and technical directors, to understand their operational challenges and present tailored automation solutions. Demonstrate ARSOS's capabilities in automating control room operations, reducing manual interventions, and optimizing asset performance and compliance. Work closely with the technical team to deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements and operational objectives. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Stay informed about the latest developments in control room technology, grid compliance regulations, and industry trends to adjust sales approaches as needed. What You Need To Succeed: Experience in control room operations is essential, while additional certifications in renewable energy are a plus. 5+ years of sales experience in the energy sector, with a focus on control room operations or related technologies. Proven track record of selling technology solutions or automation software to companies managing renewable energy assets. Strong knowledge of control room processes, SCADA systems, and the operational challenges of managing wind and solar assets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits for diverse audiences. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
