Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in renewable asset management to join our team.
In this senior role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in the renewable energy sector, focusing on selling ARSOS, our automation platform designed to optimize the performance of renewable assets such as wind farms and solar plants.
Your expertise will help position Green Eagle Solutions as a leader in transforming renewable energy management through innovative, automated solutions.
What You'll Be Doing: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities in the renewable asset management sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including asset managers, operators, and executives in the energy industry.Present and demonstrate the capabilities of ARSOS to potential clients, showcasing its benefits in automating and optimizing renewable energy operations.Work closely with the technical and product teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability.Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve or exceed sales targets.Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide insights and drive sales strategies.What You Need To Succeed: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on renewable energy, asset management, or industrial automation.Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions or technology products to the energy industry.Strong knowledge of renewable asset management and the operational challenges faced by energy producers.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.Proactive and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in renewable energy or business administration is a plus.Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.Why work at Green Eagle?
