What you'll do As a Senior Sales Operational Analyst at Futurae you will play a pivotal role in establishing efficient sales processes and contributing to the company's growth.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success but also operations and product) to ensure that deals are structured effectively, aligned with our goals, and drive revenue growth.
Effective communication, organization, and a deep understanding of Futurae's products and services are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: Optimize processes: Refine existing processes, implement sales best practices, and identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel to elevate the Sales Team's performance.
Performance Metrics and Forecasting: Monitor and report on Sales Team performance and contribute to sales forecasts and quota goals.
Owing sales quotes process and commercial documentation: Work closely with sales representatives to tailor quotes and proposals to meet customer needs effectively.
Oversight of commercial offers: Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling proposals and develop pricing strategies for products and services.
Data Management and Analysis: Generate regular reports to analyze sales data, maintain data integrity in our CRM system, and leverage insights for data-driven decision making.
Developing and implementing Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs for new sales team members and manage the onboarding process.
Support Sales Team: Develop sales enablement materials, coordinate training sessions, assist with administrative tasks, and resolve operational issues.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and seek opportunities to improve skills in sales enablement and deal structuring.
Minimum Requirements: Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
MBA is a plus.
3-5+ years' experience in B2B deal structuring, sales operations role, or related.
Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition for a B2B SaaS, with a proven track record.
Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools and Google Drive.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales tools (e.g., Lusha, LI Sales Navigator).
Strong analytical skills to use data-driven insights to optimize deal structures and sales processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages like German, Italian, or French are a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and contracts effectively.
Self-motivated and self-managed: able to think independently and find solutions.
