We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our retail business in Spain.Responsibilities:Independently negotiate with defined food retail customers as a Senior Key Account Manager for the brand BusinessManage distributors, Foodservice and convenience businessIdentify new product opportunities with customers and collaborate with other departments to implement themAchieve sales targets within the designated area of responsibility, with a focus on a high double-digit million turnoverCoordinate internal interfaces in contact with customers to ensure holistic service deliveryMonitor activities at key accounts and provide relevant information to all stakeholdersEnable, motivate and develop the KAMs to deliver sustained business success.Requirements:Extensive experience in a key account or commercial role within the brand business of an FMCG company, preferably in the fresh/food sector, or a similar sales/commercial function within the food retail industryDistributor and Convenience Business knowledgeExcellent knowledge of sales processes in a dynamic FMCG company and retail industry, along with a wide network of contactsStrong educational background, with a degree in business administration or equivalent training complemented by relevant professional experienceProven track record of successful sales achievements and a confident and engaging demeanorFluent in English and Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in both languagesIf you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for this role, we encourage you to apply directly.
