Are you a driven and determined individual with exceptional sales flair? Do you possess knowledge of the food industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our retail business in Spain.
Responsibilities: Independently negotiate with defined food retail customers as a Senior Key Account Manager for the brand Business. Manage distributors, Foodservice and convenience business. Identify new product opportunities with customers and collaborate with other departments to implement them. Achieve sales targets within the designated area of responsibility, with a focus on a high double-digit million turnover. Coordinate internal interfaces in contact with customers to ensure holistic service delivery. Monitor activities at key accounts and provide relevant information to all stakeholders. Enable, motivate and develop the KAMs to deliver sustained business success. Requirements: Extensive experience in a key account or commercial role within the brand business of an FMCG company, preferably in the fresh/food sector, or a similar sales/commercial function within the food retail industry. Distributor and Convenience Business knowledge. Team Management experience. Excellent knowledge of sales processes in a dynamic FMCG company and retail industry, along with a wide network of contacts. Strong educational background, with a degree in business administration or equivalent training complemented by relevant professional experience. Proven track record of successful sales achievements and a confident and engaging demeanor. Fluent in English and Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in both languages.
