We are truly international: The team comprises over 200 people with 46 nationalities, covering all important entertainment markets and languages.Who we needWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Senior Sales Manager - Native Advertising in Madrid or Barcelona to lead our local on-platform native advertising media sales operations and establish JustWatch with studios, streaming services, and media agencies.We need a proactive and resilient sales lead with a proven track record in closing within the entertainment industry.
The ideal candidate has a strong local network of industry contacts and can identify opportunities and craft innovative partnership proposals for advertisers.What you will be doing Use your network to establish JustWatch as the go-to native advertising partner for studios, streamers, and media agencies.Drive revenue by personally pitching and closing deals while achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.Build and negotiate long-term media partnership agreements with new and established clients.Collaborate with the native advertising campaigns team to develop tailored proposals that align seamlessly with client objectives, our product, and the overall user experience.Attend local industry events to strengthen the local JustWatch brand presence.What we need from you At least 5+ years working in a sales role, within media/marketing.A strong network within media and marketing teams and senior leadership from studios, streamers, and media agencies.Hands-on sales with a clear bias to action and a closer mentality.An intuitive relationship builder, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial drive, ambition, and ownership to build and grow our local revenue.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, sales pipelines, and deadlines effectively.Constant learning, delivering results, and creating value are the core values of everyone at JustWatch and we are looking for these traits in every person we hire.What we offer you An open-minded and international team that loves to collaborate to reach our goals
