Your responsibilities will include:
an in-depth knowledge of Mallorca and listing properties
and verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies
client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Lucas Fox listed properties
business in assigned areas through activities like property prospecting, networking, and more
our CRM updated with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements and activity levels
Requirements What we're looking for:
experience in real estate, with specific knowledge of Mallorca's key areas
understanding of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes
in English and Spanish (Native/Advanced)
excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve top results
and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in an international team
with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, flexible, and hands-on
customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients
