Senior Sales Lead - for Airport IT

In this role you'll: Prospect, negotiate and sell (Focus on customers with no account development).Participate in the preparation of the long-term plan (sales forecast and solutions based on customer feedback) and definition of the sales plan.Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.Identify customers' specific needs and submit business proposals.Coordinate and participate in RFP/RFI responses and follow-up.Promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, events, and road shows.Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products.Manage negotiations to closure.Actively participate in the overall marketing activities and programs and contribute to marketing intelligence.Perform market and competitor analysis.Manage all commercial matters related to accounts.Execute and process the operational requests received from customers.Ensure that customers use Amadeus technology in the best way and that established performance, productivity, and service metrics are achieved.Cascade the information of new product and solution releases to customers in a timely manner.Work with Customer Solutions to retain and grow IT portfolio.Organize regular business reviews for follow-up purposes and deep-dive sessions on specific items.Work closely with Commercial Operations to get business cases approved for renewal and development market share.Maintain high level of current knowledge of product portfolio and benefits of specific products for each targeted customer segment as well as other segment-relevant information (trends, strategy, competitors, pricing, etc.).Organize Discovery workshops with the support of Customer Solutions and Customer Operations on complex solutions or most complex customers.Support actively the overall marketing activities and programs as per the marketing plan defined.Contribute to marketing intelligence by providing insights collected on sales field.Provide feedback on customers' reaction regarding portfolio, services, and pricing to Customer Solutions.Give regular updates on future needs and product/service ideas to Customer Solutions.Provide feedback to Customer Solutions regarding Competitive Intelligence, Marketing Material, Trade Show effectiveness, and Customer Experience.Create, develop and maintain stable relationships with key decision-makers within the travel industry and related sectors.Translate those relationships into winning strategies to position Amadeus as preferred solution provider.Actively participate in communities across Amadeus and externally.Drive the relationship with internal stakeholders to guarantee the right level of service is provided to customers.Our ideal candidate: At least 10/12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and hunting new customers.Knowledge of the travel industry and/or experience working in a regulated environment with public tenders.Strong communication skills and customer-facing skills.Ability to work in a complex and matricial environment.Diversity & Inclusion:
