This is a remote-friendly position, reporting to the Sales Engineering Director for the region, you're responsibilities will be to:Lead the Sales Engineering team for IberiaDevelop some of the most accomplished technology account teams in the industryWork with customers across markets to transform their network, security, and application access with outcomes based on Zscaler's technology platform; Be the trusted advocate for the customers to the internal Zscaler product development teams.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) More than 6 years of experience as a Sales Engineering leader or relevant disciplineYou have an excellent knowledge and prior experience selling networking and security technologiesYou have business management capabilitiesYou work with the account executive and system engineering teams to jointly define a technical account plan for the Iberia region, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.Proficiency in SpanishWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) You have a desire to expand your knowledge in the technology fields where Zscaler operates.Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.Always be willing to collaborate with your customers alongside your account teams.Our Benefits program is one of the most important ways we support our employees.
