The Challenge
Wallapop is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in our Barcelona headquarters. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Wallapop PRO business verticals achieve their goals.
The Sales Enablement practice is crucial in our journey to raise the Commercial Excellence standards in the PRO business. Through the analysis of the commercial performance across the funnel, you'll define how to provide our sales teams with the right processes, tools, training, messaging and materials to optimize conversion rate.

What You Will Do
- Design & execute the sales onboarding process for new hires in all Wallapop PRO business verticals
- Structure and develop the sales playbook for each business vertical, ensuring all content is relevant, accessible and updated.
- Sales funnel & quality analysis to identify areas of improvement to boost commercial effectiveness
- Evaluate sales teams' commercial effectiveness and help them achieving their goals by conducting sales training sessions
- Identify which are the key messages to convey along the commercial journey and structure the sales pitch & materials accordingly
- Detailed onboarding plan for all new hires
- Sales process quality audit: document with areas of improvement
- Sales effectiveness materials; resources to spread best practices across commercial teams
- Sales velocity dashboard: analytical resource to track commercial effectiveness by agent
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor or Masters' degree in Business
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Sales Enablement. Experience in B2B selling is a plus
- Business acumen and excellent collaboration & communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce or Hubspot)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Culture Interview - run by culture interviewers, focus on adherence to Wallapop's purpose and business proposition. This usually takes 60 minutes.
