.About this role: To build, lead and drive our regional sales efforts in Southern Europe (focus markets: Spain, Italy, Greece), we are looking for a senior sales manager. Our sales team identifies, evaluates, and pursues new business opportunities with financial services firms and non-financial companies in defined target markets whilst deepening existing client relationships. In this role, you will drive and accelerate the company's rapid growth globally, concentrating on Southern Europe. Travels within Spain, Italy, and potentially Greece is required for the role.Your responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company's presence with financial institutions across target markets.Ensure relevant positioning and strategy for target markets.Generate new leads and business opportunities.Exceed agreed sales targets by winning platform and enterprise contracts.Understand, translate, and map clients' business requirements to additiv's offering and help clients evaluate its benefits and value.Represent additiv at local industry events and conferences.Work with team members to improve sales-related processes.Provide accurate and timely management information, including pipeline updates, activity reports, bid reviews, contract details.Provide feedback to the Product team regarding potential relevant enhancements.Your qualifications, skills and experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business/Finance.In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management industry and its products.Minimum 5 years of SaaS and Platform sales experience to banks and financial institutions.Strong existing network within the relevant target groups on senior and C-level.Knowing and understanding local culture and business practices in the region.Proven track record of platform/SaaS sales and client acquisitions within the financial industry.Solid understanding of digital wealth solutions and technology-based investment platforms.Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior management level.Strong decision-making skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication in English, local language skills required (Spanish, Italian, etc.).Location: Spain, Madrid, BarcelonaWe offer you:Growing company which moves fast with quick decision-making, and offers opportunities for personal and professional development.Dynamic, purpose-driven environment where team members at all levels can make a difference.Meritocratic, collaborative culture where ongoing feedback is important to grow and develop.Company which believes in life-long learning and supporting the development of its staff
