HUGO BOSS is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our store team located in Outlet Málaga HUGO, C/ Alfoso Ponce de León 6 7-8.
In the role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products & brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer to drive commercial success.
- 30 hours per week. - Previous experience as a Sales Associate (Experience in Outlet or high-volume sales areas in retail highly valued). - KPIs and previous experience. - Spanish High Level. - French or Arabic High Level. - Immediate incorporation. What you can expect: People: Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop. Follow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook).
Product: Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines. Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment. Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns). Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes.
Performance: Be familiar with all company store & individual KPIs & targets. Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity. Support in all operations for loss prevention & stock management. Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets.
Customer Service: Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers. Establish a customer-centric mindset to ensure customer experience. Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management. Support store management in transaction, complaint & return handling.
Processes & Systems: Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology. Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.).
Your profile: - Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment. - Willing to adapt and take on new challenges. - Always presents a professional image. - Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities. - Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances. - Fluent English C1 Advanced. - Another language is a plus.
