Job Summary A Senior Sales Associate is responsible for cash, credit, and e-wallet sales, including banking transactions. He ensures compliance with cashiering processes and reports sales discrepancies. He also conducts store operations reports, inventory, and reporting of defective store equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities Enhances sales through effective and creative use of salesmanship techniques. Responsible for cash, credit, and e-wallet sales handling in the store; immediately reports sales discrepancies to the Store Head. Ensures compliance with cashiering processes and procedures. Responsible for banking transactions such as credit card verification and cash sales deposits in the absence of a Store Head. Submits daily store operations reports (sales, inventory, and other qualitative reports) as needed. Conducts store inventory and provides reports to ensure that stock levels are healthy on a weekly basis. Performs proper execution of periodic store inventory count, accurate and timely reporting of inventory variances and losses, including proper resolution of issues and concerns. Implements daily compliance to the Nimbly checklist in the store. Reports immediately on store equipment needing fixtures (such as defective lights, air conditioners, problems with store signage, internet and electric connectivity, CCTV, and the like). Job Qualifications Education Attainment Graduate of any 4-year business-related course. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably in the retail industry. Proficient computer skills - MS Applications. Good oral and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Good understanding of business goals and standards for customer service. Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks effectively. Licenses or Certification (if applicable) Job Type: Full-time
