About the jobAs a Senior Sales and Consultant, you will be able to join our organization to experience the day-to-day activities in sales, consultancy, and management of leads worldwide.
These activities will be focused around our Systems Engineering Suite tool set (RQA, RAT, TRACEABILITY Studio, KNOWLEDGE Manager, V&V Studio, and ENGINEERING Studio).
This tool suite is currently deployed in large organizations worldwide and helps engineers with smart activities, based on AI and semantic methods, to leverage the way they tackle their engineering activities.Key day-to-day responsibilitiesUnderstand our technologies and become a product expert to help our customers grow their business with The REUSE Company's (TRC) technology and experience.Lead key customer accounts.Develop strategies for growth in sales.Develop business in new or emerging industries or territories.Assist customers in understanding and implementing processes and methods around TRC tools (Consulting).Assist in the rapid assessment of both the nature and severity of customers' issues.Collect customer feedback and improve internal best practices.Perform technical demonstrations and evaluations.Ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating your technical expertise.Be an advocate of the Team and the clients to promote the technologies at the company.Work with technical people and industry.Communicate properly with the Team and the Customers.Participate and lead conferences and commercial events to promote TRC's technology.Lead consulting projects with customers aimed at introducing and tailoring our tools and technologies.Manage commercial partners and technology partners in collaboration with the TRC's technical team.Collaborate with other departments such as Training or Documentation.Location: The REUSE Company headquarters in Madrid (Spain).About youThe offered position requires enthusiasm for making the company grow through sales activities, showing passion for achieving business goals and customer satisfaction.Minimum QualificationsAt least 5 to 8 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting.Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.Very good at team management.Associate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other domain Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, etc.
).Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, writing, discussing).Problem-solver and multitasker who stays cool under pressure.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Strong capability to adapt to shifting corporate workflows and procedures.Willingness to travel around Europe and the USA.Nice to HaveSoftware and/or Systems Engineering experience.Sales experience in Software Companies.Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP INCOSE) certificate or above.Skilled in French, German, or Dutch languages.Master's degree or MBAs will be a positive value.About usThe REUSE Company (TRC) is an organization specialized in the application of Semantic Representation and Analysis Technologies across various industries: Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Naval, Health, Industrial machinery, etc.
